The following image is a visual representation of observed Tor censorship by country. The data is processed from metrics.torproject.org with discontinuities in country traffic marked by large discontinuities in observed visitors. We detect these discontinuities by looking for positions in the time series where the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test indicates significant deviation, and traffic drops more than 4 standard deviations in a two week period.
